Yoga Nidra & Crystal Bowl Frequency Healing
May 19th
Flowerpot Yoga Shala

Yoga Nidra is a full mind and body therapy, a systematic form of guided meditative relaxation and deep healing which brings about a profound sense of tranquillity, wellness and wholeness.
During the practice we are brought into a state of withdrawal from the external environment,
a state where our consciousness expands inwardly.

Absorbing the vibrations and frequencies of the Crystal Bowls is a beautiful experience that also has a quantifiable effect on the body and mind.
Vibration/sounds help to harmonise our brain waves through a process known as entrainment.
Entrainment stabilises fluctuating brainwaves and facilitate a shift from our normal brain state to relaxed levels of consciousness.
By using frequency, we can entrain our brain waves to a place where deep healing can occur.
If we accept that sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through our ears but resonates through every cell in our bodies.
