The original restorative session.

Experience two hours of authentic relaxation utilising Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra.

Restorative Yoga is a passive practice where the body is positioned in "shapes" supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks. The body is covered with a blanket, and the shapes are held for 10 - 15 minutes each.

Restorative Yoga helps us to develop mindful awareness.
We come to "feel" our bodies on another level, without judgement.
This experience helps to cultivate acceptance of our body, its miraculous expansiveness as well as its inherent limitations bringing deep calm & peace to the mind.

Yoga Nidra is a wonderfully healing guided meditation technique
Many people experience insights & inspirations during the practice of Yoga Nidra.
documented to be effective in improving sleep & addressing insomnia, as well as assisting with the reduction of chronic pain. and treating all stress related conditions including PTSD.
Yoga Nidra offers a space for you to experience your inner landscape.

Somatic Coherence

Bring body, breath, mind and heart into balance with

Somatic Movement, Gentle Yoga and Coherence Technique Breathing.

Please note, this is a very gentle breath practice, no hyperventilating happening here.

This is a deeply nurturing session that will lift your spirit.

Yin Yoga & Crystal Bowls 

Align yourself with the season of Autumn.

This workshop takes place one day after the Autumn Equinox, the perfect time for a deep Yin practice.

Just as with any living being on the planet, we humans are affected by seasonal changes, with the departure of Summer and the entrance of Autumn we are transitioning from a Yang season (the fire element, expansive energy, heat, masculine) into Yang within Yin season, which reflects the last burst of yang energy before the full yin of winter.

Yin - the water element, introspective, receptive, feminine

Just as trees shed their leaves in preparation for the winter months, autumn invites us to release what no longer serves us, creating space for inner reflection and renewal, this session offers that space.
